Merit Hill Capital Acquires Bear Valley RV Park and Self Storage in Hesperia
HESPERIA, Calif. (VVNG.com) — Merit Hill Capital, a New York-based company, has purchased Bear Valley RV Park and Self Storage, located at 18435 Bear Valley Road in Hesperia, within the Inland Empire region. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
The transaction was facilitated by Brian Somoza from JLL Capital Markets’ Self Storage team, who represented the seller, whose identity remains confidential, and managed to secure Merit Hill Capital as the buyer.
Bear Valley RV Park and Self Storage, established in 1996, occupies a 49.6-acre site. The facility includes 726 units within a single-story building, offering various storage options such as RV parking, surface parking, and portable storage units.
The property is equipped with electronic gate access, 24-hour video surveillance, climate-controlled units, and an on-site office.
Management of the property is handled by Right Move Storage, and it currently maintains an occupancy rate of 87 percent.
